Excellent wine vintage could come this year as the hot and dry summer is still continuing and conditions seems to persist in the next month, until the end of the harvest, said wine experts.

According to Syngenta Hungary, the best wine gods will be in the areas where hailstorms or different diseases of grapes haven't done any damage. Unfortunately, there are Western Hungarian areas where 80-90 percent of the future amount of harvested grapes is ruined due to severe storms during the summer. Otherwise, “there is likely to have this year eminent quality and extreme quantity of the Hungarian vine harvest.”
